Lavender joined the team as a Community Liaison. Lavender graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Family Studies and has experience working with children and families, with a focus on resilience and stability following crises. Lavender has also supported unhoused youth through services and worked with Ball State Disability Services helping students and families navigate the transition from high school to college.
