Elkhart County Regional Program Manager
My name is Amanda Satterfield and I am the Regional Program Manager for the Region 3/Service Area C, overseeing the Community Partners for Child Safety program and the Elkhart County Family Resource Center through Geminus Corporation, a member of the Regional Care Group. I graduated from Trine University in 2016 with a Master’s degree in Science. Upon graduation, I joined the mental health field and worked in both inpatient and outpatient services, before joining the Geminus team at the end of 2019.
I have always been driven by a genuine passion for helping others in whatever way I can. Throughout my career, I have sought opportunities to make a meaningful impact, approaching each role with dedication, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. This commitment has been a consistent thread in both my personal and professional journey. My current and previous positions within the corporation have challenged me to grow, adapt, and continually refine my skills. Each experience has played a key role in shaping me into the professional I am today. What I value most is the ability to contribute in a way that positively affects others—it is incredibly rewarding to know that the work helps people every day.
As a Regional Program Manager, I oversee operations across multiple service areas, ensuring quality, consistency, and meaningful outcomes. With over three years of leadership experience in various capacities, I am committed to fostering strong, collaborative teams and creating an environment where both staff and those we serve feel supported and valued. I bring a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to leadership, with an emphasis on continuous improvement. I am also passionate about community engagement and take pride in supporting initiatives that strengthen connections, empower individuals, and promote long-term success.
