What Is the SIF Association?

The SIF Association supports Indiana organizations that want to deliver family-centered services using the Strengthening Indiana Families model. Membership connects you to a statewide network that shares tools, standards, and implementation guidance so families can access trusted support, concrete resources, and coordinated services in their own communities.

Who Should Apply for SIF Association Membership?

SIF Association membership is designed for Indiana organizations that:

  • Serve children and families and want to strengthen protective factors
  • Operate (or plan to operate) a Family Resource Center or similar community-based hub
  • Have the capacity to implement a consistent model with community partnership
  • Want coaching, tools, and peer learning to deliver measurable impact

What Membership Requires

To ensure high-quality implementation across Indiana, members agree to:

  • Align programs and services with SIF mission, vision, and values
  • Participate in shared learning, collaboration, and implementation supports
  • Follow consistent expectations for program delivery, confidentiality, and appropriate use of materials
  • Support continuous improvement and responsible reporting where applicable
