Tashia is the Regional Director at the Delaware County Family Resource Center, in Muncie, IN.

Tashia is also the Outreach Coordinator for the Region 7 Community Partner’s Program at Firefly Children & Family Alliance, formerly Children’s Bureau, Inc. She joined the Firefly Children & Family Alliance team in 2014 as a Visitation Supervisor and has since worked in both Home-Based Intervention and as a Liaison for Prevention in Jay, Randolph, Blackford, and Delaware Counties. “Our vision at Children’s Bureau, Inc. a healthy family for every child, has become my passion. Every child deserves a healthy and safe home. I am a motivator; I engage families, communities, and form connections. These skills have been a vital part of my role as The Strengthening Indiana Families Family Resource Center Coordinator.” At the Delaware County Family Resource Center, we have formed a team of local organizations to best serve our local families. We are breaking barriers, providing opportunities for growth, facilitating connectedness, and ensuring every family is able to access the programs best fit their goals. Monthly calendars will be posted on our website to keep you informed on programs and services offered throughout the month at our center by partnering agencies. Information is always available for resources and programs offered throughout the county.
