Jose is a community navigator at the Madison County Family Resource Center in Anderson, Indiana.

Jose has been with Headstart for over ten years. Due to the need of the community, Jose has connected with Firefly to help out the growing Hispanic population. Along with working at the Family Resource Center, he serves case work at Community partners doing father engagement.
