Grace is the Prevention Manager at Bauer Family Resources. She oversees the Tippecanoe County Family Resource Center and Community Partners for Child Safety for the 6 counties in Region 5.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Purdue. She has been with Bauer for 11 years, previously as an intern, CPCS Case Manager, and CPCS Supervisor. In serving these roles, she has had the opportunity to see many families grow and become self-sufficient. She is excited to continue to support families in reaching their goals through the Family Resource Center.
