Dymon is the Family Resource Center Navigator for Tippecanoe County through Bauer Family Resources. She also is a Certified Lactation Counselor and serves breastfeeding individuals within the six counties in Region 5.

Dymon graduated from IUPUI with a bachelors degree in Health Science and a minor in Psychology. Dymon has been with Bauer since September, 2020. She served as a Home Based Case Manager for Tippecanoe, Fountain, and Warren Counties. She also has previous experience as a case manager with Healthy Families of Marion County. Through case management, Dymon has a greater understanding of the direct needs within the community and finds joy in providing the community with resources through the Family Resource Center.
