Madison County Programs

This program is designed for children, adolescents, and teens to express their feelings through art. Activities vary and artistic expression is encouraged!

Each one of our centers is equipped with Wi-Fi, computers, printer, scanner, and fax for you to use free of charge! Bring your own device and use the wi-fi or borrow a computer for us. Staff is happy to assist in using whatever you need.

A class led by Purdue Extension that helps parents understand simple ways to be more nutritious on a budget. This is a great way to boost your family’s nutrition so your kids grow healthy and strong. An example of a past class included a free crock pot and a meal to make in it!

Jane Pauley, Meridian Health Services, TRC Head Start all join us on a monthly rotation to assist you in enrollment with Medicaid, FoodStamps, CCDF, mental health services, and more. You can also learn about how these organizations can be of service to you.

The local library brings programming to the center for families where they may feel more comfortable in attending. Librarians may read a story, teach us a game, or a combination of the two!

Available at all branches- Susy’s Store helps you provide for a safe and healthy home. It’s your one-stop shop for hygiene items and meals. Kids Corner is a place for children to play and interact with one another while visiting the center. Adults supervise to keep everyone safe and happy, but this is a space for kids to just be kids. While the kids are having fun, parents can get the resources they need for themselves and their families.

Parent Cafes are a space to connect with and learn from other parents. Share your challenges and triumphs with parents whose children are close in age to yours and learn from parents with older children.
