Dad Talk is a group for Fathers to learn and share about parenting and whole self care. It can be difficult to balance the pressure of providing and spending quality time with your children- Dad Talk is a space to talk with other fathers. This program is sometimes more discussion based, and other times we host events for dads to bring their kids.
