Paris earned her degree at the University of Southern Indiana. Paris is a Certified Trainer and a member of the National Network of Certified Trainers regarding the Protective Factors Framework. Paris has worked over 14 years at Ireland Home Based Services. She started her career at IHBS as a Home-Based Family Caseworker, then moved into a Team Leader position supervising team members in the field, and currently serves in the Regional Director position. Paris has worked with many families who are involved with the Community Partners for Child Safety Program, the Department of Child Services, and Juvenile Probation. In Paris’ free time, she likes to spend time with her family and go to soccer games with her husband. Paris’ main goal in life is to take inspiration from others and for others to take inspiration from her.
